How about a partially finished log cabin nestled on nearly 5 acres of wooded property in Swansea, South Carolina… Lexington County… 4.57 acres to be exact…with the cabin sitting about in the middle .. with a dirt road and driveway leading to it. The floor is 7ft off the ground…which are supported by 9 – treated post and cinder block pilings…which are four feet in the ground… filled with cement and threaded rods which run length wise from top to bottom inside the pilings… they are not going anywhere soon…LOL. The property is wooded with pines and oaks… only cleared where the cabin sits as well as the driveway and power line. There are deer on the property…. but no water… creeks or ponds of any kind. The Cabin is built on stilts because of wanting to use it as a carport underneath… similar to how they build beach houses. There is no water problems or flooding of any kind in this area.
