It is located in Randolph county and is only a few miles from the Missouri state line and only a few miles from Current River, one of the nicest clear water rivers in the Midwest. The 30 acres has a cleared area that is 10 acres and 20 acres of woods and trails used for hunting and ATVs. The Cabin or house is a 2100 square foot cabin, it is 30 by 50 feet with a front porch that is 8 by 50 feet. The upstairs is 12 by 50 feet. The cabin is unfinished, it still needs a couple of interior walls, dry wall and the wiring finished. We were living in the cabin and finishing it at the same time so it has all the hook-ups in the laundry room, 1 finished bathroom and some wiring, and High Efficiency Central Heat and Air is installed and keeps the house very comfortable. The cabin has steel siding so it will last forever, it has septic and well water and your only utilities would electric and phone and internet if you choose. It also has a woodstove for back up heat this stays with the cabin! Even though this is a very remote location high speed DSL was available at this property. This cabin is ready to be finished just the way you want it. At this point we have around $55,000 in the building and it can be lived in like it is or finished very cheap, I also have blueprints. When finished the downstairs would be 3 bedrooms 2 baths, one walk-in closet, large laundry room and open living room with kitchen. The ceilings downstairs are a very comfortable 9 ft high giving that open cabin feeling. This is a cabin that you can finished exactly the way you want. The wildlife on this 30 acres is abundant. The following photos are all taken in 2010 and 2011 with game camera&#8217;s on the 30 acres. The dates on some of the photos show 2008, this is due to changing the batteries and not resetting the date. We have 100&#8242;s of deer that live in the area and a strong herd of 35 to 45 live in the area of this <strong>acreage</strong>. We counted 17 different bucks alone in one year on this 30 acres , 5 which were trophy size. It is very common to go outside in the morning or evening and see 15 to 20 deer at one time. At night the deer like to bed down in front of the cabin on the open part of the 10 acres. In fact, if it were not for having dogs we could not have kept them out of the garden.
